FixThat allows citizens to quickly take a photo of an infrastructure problem and generate a new service ticket with just a click of a button. The issued ticket will be send to the right municipality/department, so they will quickly investigate and repair the problem.

When coming across an issue, citizens often don’t know which institution to contact to resolve it. With FixThat, the right department will be informed about the problem and citizens would be able to monitor the status of the repair on a specific website.
